4 Hour Outplacement Support Package

Termination of employment is often a stressful experience, no matter what the circumstances. However, our intensive Outplacement Support Package aims to quickly get your employee on the right path and help them move smoothly into the next phase of their career.

Our Outplacement Support Package provides an opportunity for your employee to work one on one with an experienced professional. They will receive 4 hours of individual support tailored to their specific circumstances and needs, paid by the employer. 

There is no legal obligation on employers to offer employees outplacement support, however, this additional benefit is often provided by the employer to an employee in a redundancy situation, to ensure the employee is well prepared to secure a new role. The offer of outplacement support to an employee in a termination situation is generally viewed upon favourably by the Fair Work Commission in the event of a claim associated with termination of employment.

• Dealing with recruitment agencies, online job boards and direct with employers
