  • Template: Notice to Employee Regarding Proposed Changes and Invitation to Meeting
    • This template can be used to invite your employee to your initial consultation meeting and provide the background of the proposed workplace changes, as required under the modern awards.
  • Template: Redundancy Checklist and Consultation Record
    • This template explains the requirements of a genuine redundancy, includes a checklist to prepare for the meeting, and a contains a consultation record to document each meeting discussion.
  • Template: Communication Strategies for Redundancy
    • This document can be used prior to the meeting, to prepare how you are going to communicate the decision/information to the employee and for potential reactions.
  • Template: Termination of Employment Due to Redundancy Letter
    • This template can be amended to specify the details of termination of employment due to redundancy applying to an employee, including final date of work and pay obligations.

    Note: All templates should be amended to reflect the specific circumstances applying to the redundancy.
